Hector Sanchez owner of Emmanuel Construction recently completed a roofing and siding job on my home in Cummaquid, Ma. I would give them an excellent recommendation. Mr. Sanchez was involved in the project from start to finish. When he came to my home to do the estimate he was the only contractor to get on the roof and physically inspect it, in addition he brought samples of the roofing material which I had specified with him so that I could pick out the color. All material used in the project were exactly to the specifications we had agreed upon.

The crew of Emmanuel Construction was very professional throughout the project. The work area was keep clean and at the end of each workday the area was cleaned and all materials neatly put away. Through the project Mr. Sanchez kept me informed on their progress and the job was completed in the agreed upon time.Near the end of the project I elected to have some trim replaced. Since this was not quoted in the project it was done on a time and materials basis. I felt that the price to do this additional work was fair.I bid this project to five roofing contractors using identical specifications. Emmanuel Construction pricing was in the mid range. It was a combination or recommendations from existing customers and their professionalism which made me chose them. It was a good decision
